Co-founded a company that builds software for electricity distribution utilities. Our product, Discom360, is a cloud-native platform covering meter data, billing intelligence, field operations and consumer applications.

• Took the product from first design to production, covering architecture, engineering, deployment and app store releases.
• Own the technical direction end to end: backend systems, data pipelines, mobile, infrastructure and security.
• Built and lead the engineering team.

Co-built a retail software company for MSMEs. The product covered the whole lifecycle of a shop, from point of sale and inventory to CRM and analytics.

• Led technical decisions across product architecture, backend, database design and customer-facing interfaces.
• Learned founder-led execution by turning loose business requirements into shipped features.

Led development of LogWise, a multi-agent RAG system that answers plain-language questions over complex, multi-file log schemas.

• Built an agent orchestrator that routes each query to the right specialist agent with the right context.
• Designed schema graphs with hierarchical indexing and community summaries to guide retrieval.
• Reduced hallucinated and malformed queries with re-ranking and context summarisation.
• Built evaluation harnesses and telemetry to analyse failure modes.
• Python, NetworkX, Milvus, SQLite, MySQL, sentence transformers, Qwen 3 8B on Ollama and llama.cpp.

• Sole tech lead, and the entire tech team, for one of the cell's flagship events. It was a capture-the-flag (CTF) competition for more than 300 students.
• Built and hosted the complete event stack single-handedly, and the event ran smoothly from start to finish.
• Full-stack and PHP development for the cell's web presence.
